Change of Mind

As this is a charity fundraising initiative, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you simply decide you no longer want the cookbook.

We appreciate your understanding, as every purchase contributes directly to the success of this fundraising project.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your cookbook arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement copy or a refund where required.
