All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched. We accept the payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout.

Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• A product is unavailable.
• There is an error in pricing or product information.
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
• We are unable to process payment.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier services.
